This baby month by month photo idea matches all of the free printables in the spunky “Hugs and Kisses XOXO” 1st birthday theme.
This free printable is dedicated to all those moms who snapped monthly photos …but like me didn’t style them super cute in advance. I had a long c-section recovery with Liam so I didn’t start his photos out all fancy like this. Ah, excuses. But even though my photo set-ups weren’t exactly the most creative, HE was still super cute!
I made a printable circle for each month using the XOXO fabric, cut them out, and displayed them on paper party cups at varying heights, adding some X’s and O’s for whimsy. I love that his monthly baby photos look cohesive now, even this one of Liam’s first swing.
They dressed up the shelf above the buffet but I think they’d look great on a wall too.
I’m so glad that I got to spend all these months at home with Liam. His first year went way too fast. Slow down, little man!

How to make baby month by month photos display for a 1st birthday party:
Print my free printable month-by-month baby photo template. Yours will have white areas instead of Liam’s photos. Now if you would like to have me insert photos of your child instead of doing it yourself, please contact me for an estimate.
Cut out the white area. Tape your 6″x6″ photo behind the opening (instagram works well, you can print them at Walgreens or online).
You can either tape them to a wall to display them, or use paper cups like I did. Just use a knife to slice some guides in the top and slip it in.
Hang up the X and O shapes around your monthly photos. Time to celebrate!
