Merriment :: Ice Shot Glass by Kathy Beymer

So I had a semi-bad day at work today. What better time than now to try out my super classy silicone ice cube shot glass mold for the first time.

Supplies:

Pour water into your silicone mold and freeze. I used a glass Pyrex measuring cup. Bend silicone to loosen the ice shot glass from the mold.

Dip the top gently into the rimming sugar. Put it back into the freezer until you’re ready to use.

Gently mix one part club soda, one part blueberry juice, and 1/2 part vodka (or double if you’ve had a really bad day). Pour into the ice shot glass, again using the glass Pyrex measuring cup to keep the sugar from falling into the liquid.

Depending on your room temperature the glasses last for about 2-3 shots …sort of an automatic closing time, if you will. Cheers to a better tomorrow.
