Here’s a free printable first day of school sign PDF that you can personalize with your child’s name, year and grade in a super cute apple.
…and then spend 15 minutes trying convince your three-year-old to smile for the camera to finally get “the one.”
You know it’s back-to-school time when Facebook feeds are jammed with ‘first day of school’ photos. This new social media staple is almost like mini-Christmas cards in September and June. It’s fun to see my friend’s kids as they grow. And it’s really fun to compare the first day of school to the last — here’s Elise’s from Pre-K last year.
My free First Day of School printable sign features a super cute apple. There are two pages: the first page is for shorter names, and the second page is for longer names. Just print the page that you prefer. We printed ours on colored paper and I plan to use a different color each year and then make a book …even when the kids have on their “please mom, just finish taking pictures” smiles.
